- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc) or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Experience: The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical validations and qualifications.
- Skills:
- Extensive experience in validation and qualification processes.
- Hands-on experience in handling qualifications on various equipment including Isolators, filling machines, vials, autoclaves, lyophilizers (Lyo), HVAC systems, CIP & SIP Skids.
- Proven ability in the preparation and thorough review of validation protocols and reports.
- Strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
2. Team Member – QC (Injectables)
This position focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of injectable products through comprehensive testing and analysis.
- Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science (M.Sc / B.Sc) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical QC environment, specifically related to injectable products.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS).
- Expertise in using instruments like Karl Fischer (KF) for moisture determination, Infrared (IR) spectrophotometers, and Ultraviolet-Visible (UV) spectrophotometers.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques.
- Proven adherence to cGMP standards, with a strong emphasis on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Familiarity with Empower3 software, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and online documentation systems.
