Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Information Written Response Agent, you will:

  • Respond to unsolicited medical and safety inquiries received via telephone, email, websites, letters, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate labeled and unlabeled medical information responses according to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, product complaints, and special situation events.
  • Prepare scientifically accurate responses using approved labeling, published literature, and standard response documents.
  • Assist in developing custom medical information responses.
  • Record and document all inquiries accurately in inquiry handling systems.
  • Perform quality checks on adverse event reports, correspondence, and inquiry documentation.
  • Meet service delivery timelines and comply with company SOPs and client working practices.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and confidentiality requirements.
  • Participate in after-hours coverage on a rotational basis when required.

Eligibility Criteria
