Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the successful execution of global clinical trials and eCOA projects.
Clinical Study Coordination
- Support planning, setup, monitoring, and close-out activities for clinical studies.
- Assist with eCOA study configuration and database setup.
- Prepare and maintain study-related documentation.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Project Management Support
- Organize Project Assurance meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items.
- Support project forecasting and tracking activities.
- Assist Project Managers with assigned study components.
Device and Documentation Management
- Coordinate distribution and reconciliation of study devices and equipment.
- Support documentation archiving and record maintenance.
- Generate study reports and project documentation.
Customer and Financial Support
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Track customer issues and support resolution processes.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and scope change documentation.
- Support financial tracking and reporting activities.
Eligibility Criteria
