Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle QMS documentation and validation activities
- Manage qualification protocols
- Perform CAPA, OOS and OOT investigations
- Prepare SOPs and protocols independently
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Operate HPLC, TOC and UV Spectrophotometer instruments
- Follow GLP/GDP and QMS practices
- Perform routine analytical testing
Production
- Maintain production documents
- Supervise skilled and unskilled manpower
- Ensure GMP/GDP compliance
- Support daily manufacturing activities
Quality Control (Micro)
- Perform environmental monitoring
- Conduct water sampling
- Execute MLT testing
Packing
- Supervise packing operations
- Coordinate production manpower
- Monitor productivity
- Prepare daily packing reports
Store
- Manage material inward and dispensing activities
- Maintain inventory records
- Follow QMS procedures
- Pharmaceutical store knowledge preferred
Dispatch
- Handle finished goods dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documentation
- Ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain GMP/GDP compliance
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc or relevant pharmaceutical qualification
- Experience as specified for individual positions
- Freshers can apply for eligible roles
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP and QMS is preferred
- Dry Powder Injection experience is mandatory as mentioned by the company
Salary
Based on pharmaceutical industry standards for Ahmedabad and experience level:
