Key Responsibilities of Assistant Clinical Project Manager
The selected candidate will:
- Support Clinical Project Managers throughout study start-up, execution, and close-out activities.
- Develop, review, and edit project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Read and interpret clinical protocols and imaging requirements.
- Participate in project meetings, client calls, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely study deliverables.
- Monitor internal data flow and track project timelines.
- Follow up on missing data, queries, and incomplete documentation.
- Provide project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support logistics activities and management of site-facing materials.
- Assist with scope changes, forecasting reports, database updates, and invoice reconciliations.
- Create and distribute internal and external project reports.
- Act as Project Manager during temporary CPM absences when required.
