Roles & Responsibilities

Production & Filling Operations

• Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain production records and batch documentation.
• Ensure machine cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Quality & IPQA

• Perform in-process quality checks.
• Review batch manufacturing records.
• Monitor compliance with quality systems.
• Support regulatory and audit activities.

Microbiology

• Conduct microbiological testing of samples.
• Maintain laboratory documentation.
• Perform environmental monitoring activities.
• Follow GLP and GMP requirements.

HPLC & Analytical Method Validation

• Perform HPLC analysis.
• Execute analytical method validation activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain laboratory records.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications such as:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• M.Pharm
• B.Sc / M.Sc
• Diploma or Degree in relevant technical disciplines
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, microbiology, or analytical laboratories will be preferred according to the applied role.

Salary

Expected Salary Range (Industry Standard):

• Operator / Technician: ₹2.4 – ₹4.2 LPA
• Officer / Sr. Officer: ₹4.5 – ₹8.0 LPA
• Executive: ₹5.0 – ₹9.0 LPA

Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
