📝 Job Description (Customer Support – Voice Process)
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and meet performance metrics (call quality, AHT, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Upsell/cross-sell services where applicable.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: HSC / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0-3 years)
- Communication: Excellent English & Hindi speaking skills
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge
