- Perform ICSR data entry in pharmacovigilance databases
- Conduct case processing, triaging, and follow-ups
- Execute MedDRA coding and narrative writing
- Review literature articles for valid ICSRs
- Perform quality checks (QC) of safety cases
- Assist in aggregate report preparation (PSUR, DSUR)
- Support signal detection and ADR analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and global PV guidelines
- Maintain documentation and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

- Education:B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- Experience: 2โ3 years in Pharmacovigilance
