Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions
  • Deliver modules on pharmacology, therapy areas, product knowledge
  • Train sales teams on selling skills, objection handling, and compliance
  • Facilitate workshops, assessments, and role-play sessions

Field Training & Capability Building

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps
  • Conduct field visits and MR coaching sessions
  • Reinforce product messaging and execution standards

Evaluation & MIS

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model (L1 & L2)
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and certification records
  • Track ROI of training programs and generate MIS reports

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Manage LMS platforms: course uploads, tracking, analytics
  • Drive digital learning adoption across teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and HR
  • Ensure scientific accuracy in training content and materials

Required Skills

  • Strong scientific and product knowledge

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: B.Pharm or Masterโ€™s in Pharmacology
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharma training or MR role
  • Preferred: Experience as Medical Representative or First Line Manager
