Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical study setup and execution across EDC systems
- Gather and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows
- Work on iMedidata Rave (EDC platform) for study configuration and validation
- Perform data validation, mapping, and transformation checks
- Execute system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and regression testing
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Validate data across EDC, databases, ETL pipelines, and Tableau dashboards
- Collaborate with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience as:
- Clinical Business Analyst
- Systems Analyst
- Test Analyst in clinical domain
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL for data validation
- Clinical trial workflows
- Data mapping & transformation
- Experience in writing:
- Business requirements
- Test cases & scripts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device industry
- Familiarity with:
- Tableau dashboard validation
- Veeva Vault CTMS
- JIRA, SharePoint
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
Salary Insight (Estimated)
