Key Responsibilities
As part of this clinical operations job, you will:
- Handle clinical support calls and resolve member queries efficiently
- Assess patient situations and determine urgency levels
- Guide callers to appropriate care (primary, urgent, emergency, telemedicine)
- Escalate critical or emergency cases to clinical teams promptly
- Deliver empathetic and professional patient communication
- Manage a blended process (voice + non-voice)
- Accurately document cases, medical concerns, and resolutions
- Use medical terminology for clear communication and documentation
- Follow standardized workflows and clinical protocols

Required Qualifications
