Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Allocate daily tasks to technicians and meet production targets
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment as per SOPs
- Handle Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and documentation accurately
- Monitor in-process controls and improve daily production output
- Maintain discipline and manage technician attendance
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and production planning teams
- Verify dispensed materials against process orders
- Support installation and qualification of production equipment
- Ensure environmental conditions meet product quality standards
- Manage calibration and preventive maintenance activities
- Raise requisitions for production consumables
- Operate systems like SAP, SolTRAQs, Isotrain, and Darius
- Prepare SOPs and train production technicians
- Monitor and update BOM and SAP entries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Pharmacy / Science (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc) or related field
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in handling production teams and processes
- Familiarity with SAP and production-related software
