Job Responsibilities of Jr. Executive / Executive – R&D
Selected candidates will work as part of a dynamic Research & Development team, contributing to critical areas of pharmaceutical research. Key responsibilities include:
- Synthesis and development of APIs for various pharmaceutical products.
- Performing chemical reactions, process optimization, and scaling-up processes from laboratory to production.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of experiments and results.
- Collaborating with the production team for process transfer and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following qualifications to apply:
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in API research and development.
- Knowledge of organic synthesis techniques and chemical processes.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as HPLC, NMR, and GC is an advantage.

- Strong background in Organic Chemistry and API development.
- Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
