๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Risk Management Plans (RMPs) for pre- and post-marketed products
- Provide strategic pharmacovigilance risk management expertise across business units
- Collaborate with Safety Surveillance & Risk Management (SSRM) teams
- Drive implementation of risk minimization and risk communication strategies
- Review and assess RMP reports and recommend modifications
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement (clinical, regulatory, epidemiology)
- Track and report RMP KPIs, milestones, and regulatory commitments
- Lead PRMS meetings, document actions, and ensure execution
- Support audits, inspections, and inspection readiness
- Mentor teams and promote risk management best practices
๐ Qualifications & Eligibility
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelorโs + 6 years OR Masterโs + 5 years OR PharmD/PhD + 1+ years experience
- Minimum 5 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety risk management
- Strong knowledge of global safety regulations and RMP frameworks
- Experience in risk mitigation strategies and benefit-risk analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD)
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
