Currently, we are hiring a Clinical Trial Coordinator Level II for a fully remote position in India.

Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the Clinical Operations team, contributing to the success of global clinical trials from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and technical support to project teams.
  • Ensuring audit readiness by reviewing files in accordance with the organization’s SOPs and department guidelines.
  • Assisting with site activation activities, working on strategies for quick site activation.
  • Collaborating with investigators and site personnel for feasibility assessments.
  • Developing and reviewing site lists tailored to strategic needs and local insights.
  • Supporting training of new team members and participating in initiatives to improve departmental processes.

Qualifications for the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or pharmacy.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, training, and related work experience.
  • Solid understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practices, SOPs, and applicable country regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn clinical trial database systems.
