Role Overview: Product Support Intern
As a Product Support Intern at Veradigm, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional product support to customers via telephone, email, and other internet-based tools. You will be tasked with monitoring applications, infrastructure, and databases, as well as troubleshooting and resolving product issues. The role requires effective communication with customers and collaboration with the product development team to relay feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers for product-related issues through various channels.
- Monitor applications, infrastructure, and databases to ensure smooth functioning.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely solutions.
- Document product problems and relay customer feedback to the development team.
- Work within a 24×7 support environment with US-based shifts.

- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Analytical & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to quickly assess and resolve technical issues.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of application, infrastructure, and database monitoring is an added advantage.
