Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coder, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately coding medical terms and medications using industry-standard dictionaries like MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries.
- Coordinating the assignment of appropriate dictionaries based on study requirements.
- Developing and maintaining coding guidelines to ensure compliance with both industry-wide and company-specific standards.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a more advanced clinical degree.
- Experience in utilizing MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries.
- Preferred experience in working with clinical trials or in a pharmaceutical environment.
