Essential Job Duties:
- Monitor and Track: Oversee the progress of new studies awarded for Specialty Labs.
- Logistical Project Setup: Handle logistical setup tasks, including folder creation, budget review, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) data entry, and internal notifications according to SOPs.
- Project Closure Activities: Manage sample inventory reports, reconciliation, and shipment documentation in coordination with internal and external teams, adhering to SOPs.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client project teams to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide administrative and logistical support, including LIMs data entry and client communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and attend relevant meetings.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to SOP development.
- Responsiveness: Respond promptly to team queries and maintain high-quality work standards.
Experience Required:
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in clinical studies within a CRO setting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle conflicting priorities.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
