Job Description
As a Technical Support Intern, you will work under the guidance of the Manager – Sales & Support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sample Analysis of pharmaceutical dosages for particle size determination using an optical microscope with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software, both in-house and at customer locations.
- Research and Development of new methods for analyzing various types of samples.
- Software Installation at customer sites.
- Customer Training on software features.
- Customer Support: Resolving queries both offline and onsite.
- Participation in New Product Development: Collaborate with development, sales, and customer teams.
- Coordination with the testing department for software development and enhancement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final Year B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm students or graduates seeking an internship

- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Internship Duration: 3 months or 6 months
