As a Specialist in Document Control within the Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for supporting the sourcing, analysis, and management of supplier documents. You will ensure accurate and efficient documentation, manage data systems, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and achieve desired project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute the collection and analysis of documents using the Ingredient Document Checklist (IDCI/IDCO).
- Design and manage document management projects for raw materials related to Inner and Outer Nutrition.
- Maintain and update the sourcing database, ensuring accuracy in reporting and managing vendor lists.
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) and Document Control Scientists to address issues.
- Communicate with raw material suppliers or contract manufacturers to obtain necessary documents.
- Manage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) tasks and responsibilities.
- Influence and coordinate with other departments to reach mutual agreements and improve processes.
- Handle raw material samples for analysis and maintain accurate project lists.

Experience & Education Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, or Sourcing.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field.
