Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the role, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Preparing and reviewing clinical and research documentation
- Supporting clinical trials and bioanalytical processes
- Developing proposals and managing business research activities
- Training teams and maintaining SOP compliance
- Performing biometrics data analysis and report writing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBBS with MD Pharmacology (for Medical Monitor role)
- Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory guidelines, and pharma processes
- Good communication and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits
- Expected Salary Range: โน3,00,000 to โน12,00,000 per annum (based on role and experience)
