Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Manager, you will:
- Plan and execute clinical data management projects within timelines
- Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMP)
- Design and review Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Create and manage edit check specifications
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clinical databases
- Handle discrepancy management and query resolution
- Review clinical data listings and reconciliation
- Maintain electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Track study progress, metrics, and timelines
- Support regulatory audits and inspections (GCP/ICH compliance)
- Participate in cross-functional study team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical data management experience
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO industry
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical trial processes
- GCP guidelines & ICH standards
- Data validation and database systems
- Knowledge of clinical development budgets and productivity metrics
