Key Responsibilities
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Analyze Denial, Payment, and Open AR trends by payer/site
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) at data level to improve operations
- Customize operational and strategic reports based on business requirements
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Reporting & Analytics
- Exposure to RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) is a strong advantage
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
- Strong working knowledge of SQL/MySQL
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Soft Skills:
- Effective communication skills
