Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Process validation and cleaning validation activities
• QMS, IPQA, and line clearance activities
• Qualification and lab QA activities
• Review of analytical records and API documentation
• Handling OOS, OOT, and deviation management
• CSV, APQR preparation, and product recall processes

Quality Control

• API analysis in wet lab, stability, RM, FG, and in-process samples
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, LCMS, and GCMS
• GLP compliance and QC equipment handling
• Calibration, verification, and qualification activities
• SOP and protocol preparation
• CAPEX and standard management processes

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc in relevant field
• Experience in API pharmaceutical industry
• Exposure to WHO, MHRA, or USFDA approved plants preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and GMP practices
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
