As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product growth and market performance. Your key duties include:
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies
- Prepare Annual Marketing Plans (AMP)
- Strengthen brand positioning and market share
Data Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Analyze datasets such as IQVIA and AWACS
- Track prescription trends and competitor activities
- Generate actionable insights for business growth
Omni-channel Marketing Execution
- Create scientific promotional materials and visual aids
- Implement digital tools and marketing campaigns
- Ensure seamless execution across India
New Product Launches (NPL)
- Handle end-to-end product launch activities
- Conduct market research and opportunity mapping
- Prepare Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
Sales Team Enablement
- Train field force on product positioning and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand communication
- Support sales teams with marketing tools
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Conduct field visits for real-world insights
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharmacy with MBA or M.Pharmacy
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
