Job Role and Overview
Production – Trainee to Senior Executive
Zenfold is hiring across multiple levels in Production, offering opportunities for both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc (Chemistry)
- M.Sc (Chemistry)
- B.Tech (Relevant Discipline)
Experience Required
- 0 to 6 Years
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and other unit operations
- Execute batch manufacturing processes as per approved BMR/BPR
- Follow SOPs, cGMP guidelines, EHS standards, and ensure data integrity
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and RPM
- Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling and in-process checks
- Handle deviations, OOS, and support CAPA implementation
- Improve production yield and optimize operational costs
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Implement 5S, Lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead shift operations and manpower allocation (for senior roles)
