Indero, a global clinical research organization, is hiring skilled professionals to build and configure electronic data capture (EDC) systems, including Veeva CDMS, Medrio, and Medidata Rave.
๐ฌ Key Responsibilities โ Clinical Study Builder
- Design and develop eCRFs (electronic case report forms) based on study protocols
- Configure Veeva CDMS, including folders, edit checks, derivations, and integrations
- Build and manage clinical databases across platforms like Medrio and Rave
- Set up modules such as:
- Coder
- Local Lab
- Targeted SDV
- Lead eCRF design and review meetings with stakeholders
- Perform UAT testing, validation, and deployment support
- Provide technical support and end-user training
- Collaborate with Data Managers, Statisticians, and vendors
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to SOP development and regulatory compliance
๐ Qualifications & Experience
Education
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent in Life Sciences / related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Veeva CDMS study build experience
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Veeva Study Builder
- Experience with Medidata Rave and Medrio EDC
- Strong understanding of:
- GCP (Good Clinical Practices)
- ICH Guidelines
- Drug development lifecycle
- Expertise in database programming and CRF design
- Ability to handle multiple study builds simultaneously
- Excellent communication and project management skills
