1. Production Operator (Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol)

• Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and clean Nasal Spray Filling & Sealing machines, Vial Washing machines, and tunnels.
  • Handle manufacturing & holding vessels, FFS, aseptic behavior, blow-fill seal machines, and area cleaning.
• Qualification: ITI/B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Pharma
• Experience: 2–5 years

2. Sterile Production Officer (FFS/Liquid)

• Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Sound knowledge of BFS machine operation.
  • Manage aseptic area maintenance, media fill, batch manufacturing, CIP, SIP, and autoclaves.
• Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma
• Experience: 2–10 years

  • Experience in validation and SOP preparation.

  • Operate granulation machines like RMG, FBE, octagonal blenders, and compression machines (e.g., Fette, Cadmach).
  • Handle coating machines, solid drug layering machines, and capsule filling equipment.
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
• Experience: 2–5 years
