🧪 Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end clinical data management activities:

Study Setup & Design

• Design and review CRFs (Case Report Forms)
• Develop database structures and annotations
• Perform EDC setup, validation checks, and testing

Study Conduct

• Manage query resolution and data listings review
• Handle data transfers and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines

Study Closeout

• Support database lock activities
• Maintain high-quality data and documentation standards

Project & Team Support

• Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Mentor junior Clinical Data Associates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

🎯 Required Qualifications

Educational Criteria

• Master’s degree (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Engineering) + 1+ year experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years clinical trials experience,

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical trials & data management lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with EDC systems
• Expertise in:
  • CRF design
  • Query management
  • Data validation
• Familiarity with:
  • ICH-GCP, FDA/CFR guidelines

💰 Salary (Expected Range)
