Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging online courses for students preparing for foreign pharmacy licensing exams and competitive Indian exams such as GPAT and NIPER.
- Design interactive lectures and hands-on learning sessions to foster a deep understanding of pharmaceutical sciences concepts.
- Create assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate student progress and ensure learning objectives are met.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and instructional designers to enhance course content and teaching methods.
- Mentor and guide students, providing individualized support to help them excel in their exam preparations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: M.Pharm/Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, or Pharmaceutics from premier institutes like NIPER, BHU, or Jamia Hamdard (or equivalent).
- Experience:
- 1-5 years of teaching experience, preferably with a focus on licensing exam preparation (e.g., GPAT, NIPER).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, or pharmaceutics.
- Experience in online teaching and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Cleared GATE/GPAT/NIPER JEE exams or teaching experience in these subjects.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
