Join us in making a lasting impact on global health. We are currently hiring a Drug Safety Specialist for our office in Navi Mumbai, India.

Job Summary

As a Drug Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling and processing adverse events from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance. You will collaborate with internal departments and research sites to ensure compliance with safety processes while contributing to global safety data reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute responses for incoming calls regarding safety events.
  • Collect, process, and track adverse and serious adverse events (SAEs) from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance.
  • Draft safety narratives and report various safety data to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and clinical research sites to ensure compliance with established safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare-related fields such as Nursing, Pharmacy, or Pharmacology.
  • Clinical experience or background in clinical research, case processing, or post-marketing pharmacovigilance is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and fluent in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft® Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
