What Would You Do?

In this role, you’ll be part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical, focusing on pharmacovigilance services. Responsibilities include:

  • Case Identification and Data Entry: You will manage case identification, data entry, and follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases in the safety database.
  • MedDRA Coding: Use the Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities (MedDRA) to classify adverse event data.
  • Case Processing and Submission: Process and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) according to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
  • Follow-up Management: Perform follow-ups for unresolved cases, ensuring compliance with safety surveillance protocols.
  • Affiliate Mailbox Management: Reconcile reports and ensure compliance with process guidelines.

This role also involves working closely with internal teams and supervisors, following detailed guidelines, and may require rotational shifts.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you should have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing (B.Pharm, BPT, or BSc Nursing).
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related fields, making it suitable for freshers and early-career professionals.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within your team.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Handle changing tasks and responsibilities as needed.
