Responsibilities in Job

As a Safety Associate Trainee in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, assessing, and processing safety data and information. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing and completing assigned training on time.
  • Processing safety data in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conducting pharmacovigilance activities, including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AEs) and endpoint information.
  • Determining the initial/update status of incoming events and performing database entry.
  • Coding AEs and products, writing narratives, and engaging in literature-related activities.
  • Taking on other workflow responsibilities as directed by senior team members or managers.
  • Ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Identifying quality issues and reporting them to senior team members.
  • Actively participating in project team meetings and providing feedback on challenges and successes.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following educational requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences. A High School Diploma or equivalent in a related field is also accepted.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of medical terminology is essential.
