Key Responsibilities of a Product Support Specialist II

As a Product Support Specialist II, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless experiences for healthcare professionals and research stakeholders. Below are the principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide telephone, email, and live chat support to address customer issues promptly.
