Job Responsibilities
- Review and summarize applicants’ medical information, including:
- Attending Physician Statements (APS).
- Laboratory reports.
- Paramedical examination reports.
- Other underwriting-related medical information.
- Prepare clear and concise medical file documentation to support onshore underwriting teams.
- Consult technical documentation, updates, colleagues and trainers to complete daily tasks.
- Meet performance targets outlined in the training plan.
- Identify and propose ideas to improve process efficiency.
- Follow compliance and information security requirements.
- Adhere to internal and external statutory and regulatory requirements.
