Job Responsibilities
- Support global pharmaceutical franchise commercial strategy teams with competitive intelligence requirements.
- Analyze pharmaceutical business developments from commercial and clinical development perspectives.
- Monitor early-stage, near-to-launch and launched medicines and medical devices.
- Use secondary research sources and proprietary databases to gather pharmaceutical intelligence.
- Manage multiple competitive intelligence projects within tight timelines.
- Monitor competitor activities, internal assets and competitor dynamics using Key Intelligence Topics (KITs) and Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs).
- Prepare comprehensive competitive intelligence reports covering:
- Indication-based pipeline landscapes.
- Competitor company and asset profiles.
- Competitor launch timelines.
- Key event timelines.
- Industry newsletters.
- Support ad hoc research queries from global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Forecasting, Market Intelligence, Pricing and Market Access, Market Research and Medical teams.
- Improve processes and content development for competitive intelligence deliverables.
- Work closely with onshore stakeholders to provide analysis, recommendations and strategic insights.
- Mentor offshore competitive intelligence analysts and support productivity, performance reviews and capability development.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates should possess an advanced degree in one of the following:
