  • Role: Shift In-Charge for pellets & granules production
• Executive – Production
  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • Role: Monitoring shop floor activities in formulation (coating)
• Operators / Junior Executive (Coating)
  • Experience: 1–3 years
  • Role: Handling coating operations in formulation
• Operators / Junior Executive (Granulation)
  • Experience: 1–3 years
  • Role: Handling granulation processes

Production – API

• Operators / Junior Executive – API Production
  • Experience: 2–4 years
  • Role: API manufacturing and production operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute production activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Monitor and control shop floor operations
• Ensure quality and compliance in formulation and API processes
• Maintain documentation and batch records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Handle equipment and troubleshoot production issues

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or relevant qualification
• Experience in pharmaceutical production (Formulation/API)
• Knowledge of coating, granulation, pellets, or API processes
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
