1. PV Associate / Senior PV Associate
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience Required: 2โ6 Years
Department: ICSR Management
Key Responsibilities
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from post-marketing and clinical trial sources.
- Perform case triage, data entry, quality review, and submission activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific timelines.
- Conduct reconciliation activities for safety reports.
- Support pharmacovigilance operations under senior team guidance.
- Maintain high-quality case processing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Veterinary Science, or related healthcare disciplines.
- 2โ6 years of pharmacovigilance case processing experience.
- Strong experience in Data Entry and Quality Control (QC).
- End-to-end ICSR processing expertise.
- Experience with safety databases such as:
- ARGUS
- LSMV
- ArisG
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
2. Pharmacovigilance Officer โ Team Lead
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Full-Time
Department: Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICSR management teams across assigned projects.
- Allocate resources and manage team workflows.
- Monitor project performance and client deliverables.
- Conduct second-level quality review of safety cases.
- Develop and monitor project-specific KPIs.
- Manage deviations and support process improvements.
- Review trackers, compliance metrics, and timesheet accuracy.
- Provide line management support to pharmacovigilance staff.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and PV Network teams.
- Support Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) activities where required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or other healthcare-related fields.
- 2โ3+ years of pharmacovigilance experience.
- Prior line management or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong planning, delegation, and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
