The selected candidate will conduct video medical evaluations, document customer health information and support life insurance underwriting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video medical evaluation (VMER) calls with customers.
- Capture and document medical history accurately.
- Ask relevant probing questions to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with underwriting (UW) teams for case processing.

- Male Employees: Shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Female Employees: Shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Transportation: No cab facility. Employees must arrange their own commute.
