Job Details

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Solutions Executive, you will:

• Coordinate and facilitate clinical trial activities at research sites.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and local regulations.
• Support Principal Investigators (PI) and site study teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and ethical research conduct.
• Review site processes and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Assist with implementation of site process enhancements.
• Perform accurate and timely CRF/eCRF data entry.
• Maintain Trial Master Files (TMF) and essential study documentation.
• Support sponsor and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of clinical trial records.

Candidates must possess:

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Medical degree (MBBS/BDS) or Dental qualification.
