Experience
Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience in packing is preferred as per the job details.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement the monthly production schedule with consistent quality while adhering to Regulatory, GQS, and HSE guidelines.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources and optimum cycle time during production activities.
- Perform production activities in assigned areas to achieve 100% customer service.
- Perform SAP-related activities as required.
- Handle a team consisting of contractual persons, FTC, and operators in the allocated shift.
- Carry out troubleshooting in the allocated production area.
- Adhere to ISO 14001 activities and objectives in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Implement and ensure compliance with GQS, HSE, and ISO guidelines or standards.
- Maintain required documentation, including process validation and qualification documentation.
- Coordinate with the Engineering department for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modifications, and related activities.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department for procuring and controlling auxiliaries.
- Coordinate with the Quality department for quality-related matters.
- Coordinate with the Production department for bulk availability.
- Monitor yield and support continuous improvement of yield for assigned products.
- Impart training to operative staff, including contractual persons, FTC, and operators, on GMP, Data Integrity, HSE, ISO requirements, and process improvement.
- Maintain good industrial relations in the plant through an effective grievance process.
- Carry out other assignments or projects, including qualifications and validations, as instructed by the Department Head to meet organizational priorities.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behavior and promptly report potentially hazardous situations.
- Maintain plant assets in good condition and make optimum use of all resources.
- Be ready to work in each shift and in any allocated area.
