Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Trainee, candidates will be expected to support manufacturing operations and learn production processes under supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Support and execute day-to-day production activities according to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision.
- Maintain accurate batch records, production logs and other documentation.
- Follow safety, quality and regulatory standards during manufacturing activities.
