As an Associate – Manufacturing Compliance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining training management and compliance standards, directly impacting patient lives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training programs (SJOTs/Awareness trainings) for manufacturing teams.
- Track and monitor training records in PLA (Pfizer Learning Academy).
- Support audit response preparations and compliance activities.
- Initiate and coordinate Change Control Forms (CCFs), ensuring timely impact assessment, approval, and closure.
- Monitor CAPA/CCF milestones and ensure timely closure of actions.
- Conduct walkthroughs in manufacturing areas to identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science.
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (CFTs).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with PDOCS & SAP systems.
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
