Key Responsibilities
The selected Business Solution Associate will be responsible for:
- Building, updating, and maintaining data loaders for data integration projects.
- Deploying and monitoring production loaders to ensure data accuracy and stability.
- Resolving technical issues through structured ticketing systems.
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Monitoring protocol health and improving system performance.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and unit testing activities.
