Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS) Operations
- Manage R&D quality management system activities independently.
- Track documents, collect compliance metrics, and prepare status reports.
- Ensure adherence to global quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Training Management
- Execute global R&D training programs.
- Ensure the right employees receive appropriate training on time.
- Maintain compliance through structured learning and development initiatives.
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize Power BI dashboards to visualize compliance metrics.
- Identify compliance trends and operational gaps.
- Support data-driven decision-making for R&D leadership.
Documentation and Process Management
- Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and procedural documents.
- Ensure technical accuracy of operational documentation.
- Support controlled document management processes.
System Administration
- Work extensively with:
- Veeva Quality Vault
- SuccessFactors LMS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Acrobat
Compliance and Audit Support
- Support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
- Provide accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Assist in maintaining inspection readiness.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
