Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Associate at Pfizer, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth manufacturing and packaging operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing individually and as part of a team to achieve production targets

- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records
- Operating assembly and packaging equipment safely and effectively
- Monitoring and adjusting processes to improve efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
