Key Responsibilities
The selected Clinical Business Analyst will:
- Develop software requirement specifications based on clinical study protocols and imaging charters.
- Translate scientific, medical, and therapeutic requirements into actionable software specifications.
- Gather, document, and manage study and system requirements.
- Lead requirement review meetings with project teams and scientific stakeholders.
- Maintain study-specific documentation and software configuration records.
- Support development and validation teams during testing and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Medical & Scientific Affairs teams to ensure alignment between study requirements and software functionality.
- Assist in product enhancement initiatives and feature training activities.
- Work closely with Clinical Project Management and Clinical Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with Clinical Data Management requirements.
- Communicate project risks, mitigation plans, and operational updates effectively.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Clinical Data Management (CDM)
- Clinical Project Management
- Medical Writing
- Business Analysis
- Clinical Research Operations
- Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
