Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will support the recruitment process for life science positions in the United States. Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Reviewing resumes and cover letters against job requirements.
• Scheduling interviews with candidates and account managers.
• Assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process and following up on their progress.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Eligibility and Qualifications
