Position Details
IQVIA is looking for motivated software engineering interns to contribute to AI-powered enterprise applications. Interns will collaborate with architects, developers, and quality engineers to develop, test, and optimise scalable software solutions.
The role involves working with modern technologies, including Python, REST APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), FastAPI, microservices, automation frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components using Python and modern development frameworks.
- Develop, consume, and validate REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG.
- Contribute to backend development using FastAPI and microservices architecture.
- Develop automated testing frameworks for functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Create reusable automation scripts to improve software quality and reliability.
- Execute regression, integration, functional, and performance testing.
- Analyse defects, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to implement business rules and validation logic.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimisation, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams across global locations.

Eligibility and Qualifications
