About the Role

The Medical Information Associate will be responsible for managing medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and internal stakeholders. The role requires the ability to provide accurate, scientifically balanced, and compliant medical information through calls and emails.

Candidates with knowledge or exposure to Medical Information, MICC, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Information Associate, your responsibilities may include:

• Handle medical information queries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries through calls and emails.
• Provide accurate, scientifically balanced, and compliant medical information.
• Document and track medical inquiries according to established SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain quality, compliance, audit, and turnaround time (TAT) standards.
• Perform activities related to quality review and documentation.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs teams.
• Ensure appropriate handling and escalation of safety-related information.
• Follow organizational procedures and applicable quality standards.

Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm

Experience

• Experience in MICC, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Drug Safety will be advantageous.

Salary

The official salary package has not been disclosed by the employer. Based on similar Medical Information Associate and Pharmacovigilance roles in India, the estimated salary may range from approximately:

₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and interview performance.
